Another unpowered campground but what a spectacular view of Windjana Gorge from our campsite!
What a stunning place this is…and full of freshwater crocs! So we decided not to swim here as the water quality wasn’t that good either! We did speak to the caretaker on site and he said it would be ok to jump in and jump out…but we didn’t do any jumping!!!!
Then to Tunnel Creek 35km away, the site of an infamous incident in Australian history, stunning place, Chris only got to the beginning of the cave system in his prescription sunnies – and realised he had forgotten his other glasses, so Sam had to proceed in the darkness with her headlamp to explore and take the photos!
